Summary
We collect the minimum information needed to run your account — your name, email, and the content you upload. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the internet. We don't show ads.
What we collect
- Account info: Name, email, password (hashed).
- Business info: Business name, industry (optional, you provide).
- Content: Photos, videos, captions, and hashtags you upload.
- Connected accounts: OAuth tokens for platforms you connect (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Payment info: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage data: Which features you use, posts you create, analytics you view.
How we use it
- To post your content to the platforms you choose.
- To show you analytics and engagement data.
- To process your subscription via Stripe.
- To send you account-related emails (password reset, billing).
- To improve the product.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't share your content with third parties.
- We don't use your data to train AI models.
- We don't track you across other websites.
- We don't show advertisements.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate One-N-Done:
- Stripe — Payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn — When you connect your accounts, their terms and privacy policies apply to data shared through their APIs.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. If you cancel your subscription but keep your account, we retain your data but stop posting.
Your rights
- Access your data at any time.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Disconnect any social platform at any time.
- Export your posts and content.

Security
We use industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and secure session management. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
Children
One-N-Done is not intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll notify you by email if we make material changes.
